Coaching
Education Program "D" License Information |

D
License Information |
| Duration |
The
"D" License Course is a 36 hour course.
Attendance is mandatory to pass course. |
| Schedule |

| Examination |
There
is a written examination on tactics and methods.
There is also a graded take home exam on laws, team
management, and care and prevention. There is also
a practical examination. Candidates must pass written
and practical examinations. |
| Applicants |
The
minimum number of candidates is 12. The maximum
number of candidates is determined by the size of
the facility. The number of candidates is set one
week before the course begins according to the number
of instructors required. Candidates must be 16 years
of age. |
| Fees
- $130 |
Payment
for the course should accompany the course paperwork
for the amount due for the course made payable to
Nebraska Soccer. |
| Registration |
Each
candidate must complete an on-line registration
form, which is available once the course is scheduled
and location confirmed. |
| General |
Applicants
should bring a soccer ball, training suit, sweat
suit, or any form of action clothing- gym shoes,
soccer cleats, water, and writing materials. Course
manuals will be provided at the course orientation. |
| Prerequisite |
USSF
"E" License or waiver. A waiver is not
the same as earning the "E" Certificate,
but it allows the candidate to proceed to the "D"
without taking the "E". To apply for a
waiver, click Waiver.
It is the policy of Nebraska State Soccer that we
do not recognize any "E" Certificate earned
at an unapproved event. |

License Upgrade or Audit Information |
| Duration |
Retest
or Upgrade Candidates must attend approximately
18 hours of the classroom and field sessions and
should contact the Director of Coaching to determine
which ones they must attend once a course has
been scheduled. |
| Examination |
Retest
or Upgrade Candidates are required to take all
written and practical tests outlined above.

| Applicants |
There
is no minimum or maximum number of Retest or Upgrade
Candidates. |
| Fees
- $35 |
Payment
for the course should accompany the course paperwork
for the amount due made payable to Nebraska Soccer. |
| Registration |
Candidates
wishing to upgrade or audit. Candidates must register
for full course and contact Matt
Howe for reduced rate. |
